New SilentMaster 200 case fans form AeroCool

AeroCool, the well-known manufacturer of components and accessories for modding enthusiasts, has recently announced a new series of case fans, which is called SilentMaster 200. As their names suggest, these new case fans feature an impeller with a diameter of 200 mm. And while these case fans have a big impeller diameter, they also feature overall reduced thickness, measuring at 20 mm thick, which should have a positive effect on the convenience of their installation. Another compact characteristic of these case fans, which should simplify their installation, are their mounts — the mounting holes are spaced at only 154 mm.

As to the technical specifications of the new SilentMaster 200 case fans form AeroCool, they are based on sleeve bearing, with the rotational speed of their impeller set at 800 (± 200) RPM, power consumption rated at 3W and starting voltage — at 9V. The air flow of these fans is measured at substantial 76 CFM (129 m³/h), while the noise levels are fairly low and is measured at 18 dB(a). The impeller design of these case fans features eleven blades, which are optimized to increase the air flow, while reducing noise levels.

Just as the embedded photos above suggest, the new SilentMaster 200 case fans form AeroCool will be available in four different versions: red, blue, green and white. These versions will differ not only by the color of their impeller, but also by the color of their LED illumination. AeroCool SilentMaster 200 case fan should go on sale in the middle of October, yet their retail price is currently unknown.
